Event Information

Want to try mountain running? This event is led by Saki Nakamura, senior instructor with Aspen. Saki is one of the best female ultra-marathon runners in Scotland and a big enthusiast for mountain running. The aim is to introduce participants to mountain running and all that it entails, in terms of kit and equipment, pacing, and running technique. Generally, the uphills are walked up and the flats and descents are run.  The course is suited to runners who are used to distances of 15-20km.
