The booking form asks you to select the expeditons you want to take part in. The booking form asks for medical information, participant’s prior experience of hiking and of the Duke of Edinburgh’s Award. Remember to add parental / emergency contact information.
The booking form reminds participants that Duke of Edinburgh’s Award expeditions – involving trekking and hiking – are adventurous activities that involve an element of risk which could lead to personal injury and serious harm. Participants must be aware of these risks and be responsible for their actions and involvement.
In the agreement section of the form agreement is sought for:
- News and information about future events to be sent to you from time to time.
- Photographs to be taken of the participant during the expedition for promotional purposes.
- Taking part in the expedition; and
- The terms and conditions.
If the participant is under 18 years old parental consent is required. Parents / guardians should sign in the electronic signature box on the form.

No payment is sought when booking online. After booking online we will be in touch to arrange for a deposit of 20% to secure the booking. The balance to be paid four weeks before the expedition takes place.
Once you have completed the booking form you will receive a notification email.
